I've been with Credit One Bank since they were known as FNBM. Their customer service has always been difficult to deal with: For one thing, it would be better for their customer service representatives to have a better command of the language of their customer base (I am a linguist who speaks 3 languages, and I have a terrible time understanding Credit One Bank's service dept.; Second, they have a minefield of fees that are networked by a twisted policy that makes even a small balance snowball very quickly into a monster debt.
