I ordered over $1000 worth of product March/2011. I never received a confirmation email after my online purchase and after a few days I got concerned. I checked my credit card statement and the payment had gone through right away. I tried to contact the company and there was never an answer at ANY of their phone lines they supplied. I tried every line for over 2 weeks and I never got an answer. Finally I started randomly dialing extensions to try and talk to ANYONE I could get on the line.
