I have never been thru such crap and bs in my life. I ordered on line a wedding band, last november2010, before the black friday sale. On Christmas day, I gave it to my partner, and really it was not well received. I wanted to return it. All over the receipt, I had 6 months to return, printed all over it . Took it to the store, and was told no, I must return it on line. Called them 4 different times, they confused it with a purchase from Sears. What a mess.
