I returned a diamond ring for repair to Ovi diamonds where I purchased it from in November 2010. I returned it insured and signatured confirmation to the address provided by them. After receiving the confirmation signature card back I called Kevin at ovi diamons to check the status. He informed me that this was a Postal box at a store which he rents. He said the owner signed for it and gave it to him and this never happened. Now I have a signed copy of proof of delivery but they say it was lost. What are my options?? read full review »
