To put it simply, Town Fair Tire is probably THE most immature company I have ever seen. The workers (Mike Pierre, Dave Hayes, etc) act like adolescents and the way they the company handles things is disgusting. They don't get breaks and are "frowned upon" for things such as not going to the annual dinner or yearly trip. They get harassed when out sick and badgered almost on a weekly basis, sometimes for things as stupid as making a phone call. Is this a company or a school?
