I tried to join through their website. I got an error message after entering my card information. I noticed 5 days later that my card had been charged $120.15 by Lucille Roberts. I visited the actual location of the gym and the woman working the desk told me the gym was closing down in a matter of days. She gave me a phone number for customer service, but said I had to wait until Monday to call (this was a Friday). When I called the number, I was told that I could ONLY cancel by mailing a letter.
