I’m writing to you to say how very disappointed that I am with the Sony customer Service that I have received; I have been long time Sony supporter for years Now, I have purchased over 8 Sony high end TV sets and other Sony products. My Last purchase was the Sony KDS-70Q006 Qualia SXRD unit that cost nearly $11.000.00 as you know this was one of your flagship models, I purchased the Qualia unit on 11/03/05 This unit carries a 3yr standard factory warranty, which is still coved.
