When i received the item, it is a different model than i ordered.DG-580. I asked the company to refund me for my order and also pay the shipping, they won't pay for shipping the item back to their warehouse. The item is advertised wrong on their website, if you do a search for DG-980 on their website, you will be pointed to this listing, and it says the "Rowenta Steam Generator DG-980 IN STOCK" It even shows the DG-980 picture, this is totally misleading to show a picture and point to a model that they dont have anymore, and... read full review »
