I bought a Fuji digital camera from them over the internet. The camera arrived in a white shipping box clearly not packed by the manufacturer. When I placed my order the website said that I am getting a new "in the box" item. There was no warranty papers, and many items that were supposed to be included were missing. The camera looked very much refurbished by some third party. After contacting The Camera Professionals and arguing with them and having to ship it back, they finally credited my card.
