Shell Car Wash and Rapid Lube @ 3861 Carmel Valley Center Drive, San Diego, CA, 92130 858-792-9009 Shell has advertising of 20 cents off gas with a car wash. After my car wash and oil change the owner of this service center would not honor the gas discount claiming that I had to fill up on gas first.
