While being on vacation recently, I was lured into a sales presentation with the promise of a price. I was told by the sales rep. that the vacation credits that would take care of air, hotel, activities, cruises, etc. for us. I decided to call one of their departments recently and found out that what we have bought only covers hotels and cruises only and that if we wanted to have other things included we would need to upgrade which would cost us even more.
