DO NOT USE GEORGE SPPONER. I used George for many years. He has always been challening to get ahold of and pin down. Two years ago I had the same experience as you. He strung me along for many month and I constantly got the run around. Eventually (around June), he got my returns done and was apologized etc. Last year was similar but not nearly as protracted.
