A service appointment was made for service to our KitchenAide dishwasher for the time frame of 1-5 pm. At 5p I phoned the the service center and asked when the tech would be arriving and asked why we hadn't received a call to inform us that the tech was going to be late. We were told that he was too busy to call and would arrive by 6:30. At 6:30 he still hadn't arrived and no call was made to us to inform us of the delay and/or an update on his arrival.
