I purchased $100 on a $1/day "Pay as you Go" plan, and was told that the minutes would NOT expire. 60 days later, I get a "this account is expired" message when trying to make calls. That extra $40.00? Gone. I try to call customer service (in Bangladesh), the first customer service agent hangs up on me, and the second person tells me that their "systems are down, we cannot help you." Don't use Cricket!
