both my personal bank account and a credit card account in my name were charged an amount of $49.60 on February 11, 2011 and I DID NOT! authorize these charges. I have notified both my bank and credit card company of these fraudulent charges, they are in disputing process. I expect your company to credit this charge back to both my personal checking account with Middle Tennessee Federal Credit Union, Cookeville, Tennessee and Orchard Bank, the credit card company.
