I purchased Nokia cell phone at Best Buy store. Receipt says: save this receipt for warranty work. Four months later the phone went completely dead. I got stranded on a one lane highway in the middle of nowhere with no phone. I went to Best Buy to see if they will exchange phone or get service. They don't oblige any warranty unless you purchase a service contract.
