Be careful because Gateway has at least one tech that doesn't know his head from a hole in the ground. The hard drive on my Daughter's 6 month old Gateway crashed and when she finally got through on the toll free support line the tech wouldn't listen. He kept trying to transfer her to the paid ($3.95 a minute) software support line. She hung up and brought the PC to me.
