Received a phone call from Consumer Recovery Associates, the guy on the phone wanted money from a check from 5 1/2 years ago that had bounced which I totally forgot about because of financial issues and also medical issues. He then right away said that they were going to summon me to court. So I made payment arrangements with them because I did Not want to be summoned to court.
