I have usually found it frustrating to shop at Best Buy stores as it is very difficult to find sales people who are truly knowledgeable. On one occasion I had a sales person walk away from me after asking if I was going to make a purchase on that visit. I told him that I couldn't answer that until I was done shopping. He then walked away. Today, however was the last time that I will attempt to purchase anything from them. I knew what I wanted and easily found it on their web site.
