Inhouse offers free checkup for AC and heater twice a year. All they do is come and check if it is cooling/heating (which we can do). If something is wrong then we should pay $45 for trip charge. This does not make sense, what is the point of free checkups. I have warranty from this company from more than 3 years. Refrigerant has been leaking somewhere and they are not finding the real problem. Every time they come, check the refrigerant level and fill in the refrigerant.
