DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They do not come in the morning, heck they don't come at all. Then they charge you for multiple visits when it was one visit 5 days after a snowfall. I had to shovel my own driveway then they charge me $60. They say they will refund my money, then when I call them to check on it they say that they need a certified letter. They keep leaving messages on my house phone, but I'm not at home during the day when I call, so I tell them to call my work phone.
