First off--they have a rating of A+ with the BBB (Better business bureau)- the only way to make these people change the way they work is to file complaints with the BBB. The more complaints they make, the more it will reflect negatively on them and the more people will know what a MOB-LIKE BUSINESS they are! I sent 9 bill payments (all due by the 20th) in through the mail on the 6th of the month. All but GE Moneys was received and cashed withing 10 days. GE Money didn't cash the check for 20 days!!!
