I am an owner at Paradise Harbour Club and would like to know when this contract expires? Since Festiva has taken over our resort I have been extremely disappointed in the way our club has gone down hill. I was just assessed $1, 500 for improvements that had to be pain immediately or I would not have been admitted this year.
