I have sent $300.00 in payment toward my car payment. They never applied any of it toward my payment. They applied $200 toward something else. The $100.00 they claimed it was not received. I have proof it was. I suggest people contact your Governor, Senator, and House of Representative. City Officials, write, call and bombard there office with complaints, this company has to be stopped. My balance should be $0. I found they added an additional payment.
