United Acceptance agreed to modify my loan and sent two contracts that were totally wrong, one on the 15th September and one on the 29th of September. They advised me not to send a payment until the paperwork was signed. I did sign the contracts even though they were wrong like they requested. These contracts didn’t even show an account number. I’ve never received a statement showing payments received or what the exact payment amount is nor have I received a payment coupon book which I can enclose with payments.
