We purchased these windows about 11 years ago. We are no longer under warranty. From the very first year we had problems. Some of the double window groups were mulled together at slight angles so they are not cappable of closing squarely and they leak air. After I insisted, the rep. fiddled and messed with the windows for about a half hour and said the window was fine and there was nothing else he could do.
