I have emailed corporate about the following issue and had numerous conversations on the phone with the store manager. I have a large family. I utilize Walmart's blue multi-passenger carts for my three youngest children. Walmart on AppleGlen Blvd in Fort Wayne, IN has these carts. The two seats for my toddlers are supposed to have safety buckles and straps. ALL of the carts buckles and straps are in need of repair. Not a single one is safe for my children to ride in.
