Starting with 3/14/2011 when I made the request on the online services website of Sears, I've been hung up on by an employee in the Repair Services deparment. I've experience giving my phone numbers to he services person who first of all does not listen to the customer when they're giving requested information. I had to repeat my address four (4) times before the young lady got it correct. Once the technician came out on 3/16/2011 instead of the day I requested which was 2/15/2011, he did not have any parts with him to repair... read full review »
