Pharmacist/Keith W Stevens, Phd.Would not give his full name, I found it on the perscription. When asked why perscription was not ready said I kicked it back because I didint have an empty bottle to mix it. When asked how to mix it simply said follow the instructions that weren't there, when asked where do I find and anti-bacterial soap said I dont know I dont usually work here, asked the assistance for help who also had no clues she sent me to three different Isles instead of coming out to show me.
