I was charged without my knowledge for this on a monthly basis. I found the charge on my dredit card statement. I called them and they said I asked for this when I was purchasing something by phone. I checked the date and it was the date that I bought the Firm exercise equipment. I was outraged and they said the would refund the last month only. I asked them for proof that I ordered this membership and they said they would send me the tape in about a month!!!
