I called Apex/ABC and I spoke to a man named David. David has a very heavy accent and seemed to be focused on closing the inspection. I questioned David on his procedures and other aspects of his company which are on the website. I asked about their organic materials, their inspection report as well as their inspection procedures. David seemed as if he didn't have a clue what we were talking about. I asked questions about his certifications and he told me he would show me at the inspection.
