I Order an AT&T phone, when I received it it had bad reception, I had to pay return shipping and then received a replacement ~1 week later. The replacement had a bad power supply transformer, I ask them to send a replacement transformer and was told this was not possible, I would again have to return it at my own expense and they would send a replacement. When asking for a supervise to try to get the return shipping covered, the agent hung up ans sent me an e-mail with the RMA form. Stay away from this company, they carry Bad and... read full review »
