I got an email from a man saying he was from Japan and needed to purchase a home asap. It was to be a cash buy. He wanted to pay list price and wanted the doucments via docusign. Once he signed the documents I was to recieve a check. He wanted to send the check to me in my name but we don’t put clients money into our own accounts. Once he was asked to wire the money he went away and his phone was disconneted. read full review »
