I placed an order for an In Stock item on May 20th. After contacting the company to confirm receipt of payment, I inquired as to when the order would ship. I was assured by a Spenser Molnar that the item would go out the following day. I contacted the company after a week, to be assured the order was on “back-order” and would ship on April 19th.
