Why is it that every time there is a fare hike, I notice how nasty bus drivers and MTA train booth attendants are? Bloomberg has some nerve giving into their demands. For a department that basically controls New York City, its HR departments don't really give them correct training for interacting with the public. They are nasty, bored, not helpful at all, and get paid some of the best wages in the city. They make you so mad sometimes, you wanna hit 'em, but if you do, its a felony now.
