I've been banking at this location for over four years now and the new manager they have, has got to be the worst manager they have had. She does not know who to talk to the customers, she never knows the answer to any of your questions, she's always asking the employees what to do, and a few times that I've been in, she doesn't seem to have a good relationship with the employees. It is so bad I am changing banks and pulling all of my accounts from Chase, she's that crass and offensive. I would encourage all to avoid her at all cost. read full review »
