Do NOT order ANYTHING from house of Brides. They do not deliver what is promised they do not exchange even when they screwed up, they do not refund even when they can't deliver your items to you. Shoes, accessories none of it! And if you return a shipment they charge you $100.00! You know any company that has a policy like that has a LOT of returns.
