Husband received notification that he needed to file form with IRS for a non-paid Verizon home phone bill for $600+ that had been 'cancelled' due to statue of limitations. Rep gave me the (non-paid) phone number, which had an area code for a different state - and representative had incorrect last two digits of husband's social security number. Was advised to shred notification as she confirmed it was sent to wrong person. Phone number on letter was non contactable, so checked online and saw (877) 403-0670, which was valid. read full review »
