efurnitureshowroom.com is a scam. Did my research, but not enough. Wish we had found this site before ordering from efurnitureshowroom. Order a king bed and was shipped a California king, which is 4 inches too long. There is no customer service here, order was acknowledged with 5 days until shipping and it took 3 weeks, then the wrong item, and efurniture says "that's the right one". No it isn't and they won't accept anything to be returned unless you pay Both return shipping and restocking chg. Read the terms, very carefully and don't expect customer service. read full review »
