In my office we currently have 3 Dell Desktops, in my home I have 1 Dell desk top and 3 Dell laptops, the most recent purchase being a Studio XPS 1340 Laptop.From day one they screwed me over--as so many people have already voiced their displeasure with overheating, black screens and inoperable keyboards..I have had it --I will never purchase another Dell product again.I will make my opinion heard through my many business and personal contacts.I can only hope that Dell and New Delhi disappear go out of business as they so richly deserve.
