I have been a member of Bank Of America (thorough it's many incarnations) since 1988. I opened a Bank of America American Express Credit Card in 2006 and have been paying loyally on it. I fell unto hard times when my car blew its engine and could not pay off my many credit cards. I went to my bank, (with which I also have a checking, savings and Mortgage with) to seek a loan.
