I purchased a camera January 12, 2011 over the phone and spoke to a manager named Stanley C.. He assured me that I would be happy with my purchases. Well, when I received the Nikon P100 and accessories I was very unhappy. I did not receive it on time as promised. They would not let me cancel the order. The camera came in a re-packaged box.
