I bought a 5-year extended warranty on my 46" Panasonic Plasma TV that I bought from ButterflyPhoto.com for $229 and now I need some service work on my TV and this company is no where to be found. It looks like many other people are having the same problem. If there is a class-action suit I would like to be included. Please let me know what I need to do. read full review »
