I can receive NO CALLS AT ALL while inside my home using a Metro PCS phone and plan. I have unlimited everything, which is absurd because the phone only works OUTSIDE, and even then it drops at least once during a long call if not more. When I was out of state I had NO COVERAGE for eleven days. How this company manages to stay in business is quite simple: they prey on the needs of the low-income or poor credit customers who can't get a real phone without a deposit.
