Our dryer belt broke a year after we bought the Samsung dryer from Lowe's. We contacted Samsung and they referred us to A & E for a repair call. As I was on the phone with Samsung I was checking out Angies List on line for any service issues. That should have been my first red flag. They did not rate very high in reliability or service.
