I just attended a the first night orientation seminar. It was clear just by looking around the room that 10% of the people could actually begin to qualify as home inspectors. It's clear they take anyone that responds to their ads. If someone "invites" you the seminar because you have a great resume or pertinent experience, it a total lie.
