I live in a rural area and got tired of dial up so I called hughes net. After they set it up, it was horrific. After five minutes of surfing it was a big problem.I tried to do banking, it was too slow, tried watching a video I waited twice as long as the video was. I tried to get out of it but they signed us up for a two year contract so we were stuck with it. After two years of that nightmare, we switched to the wireless broadbrand form red shift.
