I am writing to let you know about my recent experience in dealing with East Commerce Solutions. On March 3 2009 I canceled my service with your company (Credit card Processing) I was a client for 7 years prior. I signed up with them in 2002. I spoke to George V to cancel my service I was told I was no longer in a contract and my accounts would be closed. I sent in the cancellation letters and paper work. ATT U Verse

I had a door to door sales man come to my house to sell me this service after a 30 minute sales pitch i decided to switch my service over to ATT- U Verse. I was told i would receive a rebate I never did. I was told I had a 30 day trial period and if i was not happy with the new service i could cancel at any time with in the 30 days with no penalty. The service of TV and internet was terrible I was told that since i live on the top of a hill at the end of the cable line the reception is not as good.
