Called and told them to cancel my account the rep said he will put a stop payment on the account 3 weeks later I get charged again. Called he said I had to submit the cancelation in writing. Never told me that the first time I called. And it has to be submitted 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle which now they will bill me again... NOT - I called my credit card company. Said would recieve a report of said work every month, recieved one report after 3 months and never replyed to emails.. read full review »
