T-Mobile is such a scam. It has become so terrible that now I should probably log my own minutes and compare them to what they say I have used. The company will hit you with hidden fee after fee unless you truly scrutinize your bill. They also give you an option to pay your bill by your checking account. They neglected to mention that if you fall below a certain credit score you must pay in person or by atm/debit card. The company does little to help their customers.
